It is understandable that unanticipated events occasionally occur. Therefore, in the event you must cancel an appointment, the following policy is what will be followed:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled services. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. To cancel within the 24-hour period, please call/text 202.550.3977.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, will be considered a “no-show.” There will be charges incurred for the full amount of the scheduled services.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened by that amount of time. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the full amount of your session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
